cygwin-apps is bouncing my mail

Sorry but this is incorrect.  You send the bounce to the place that the
bounce suggests and that's cygwin-owner, not sourcemaster.

The bottom line is that you need to read the bounce message.  This is never
the right place to send email about problems sending email.
