FWIW, when I type that, I see:
> cygrunsrv -LV
Service : cygserver (Installation path: C:\cygwin64)
Display name : CYGWIN cygserver
Current State : Running
Controls Accepted : Stop
Command : /usr/sbin/cygserver
stdin path : /dev/null
stdout path : /var/log/cygserver.log
stderr path : /var/log/cygserver.log
Process Type : Own Process
Startup : Automatic
Account : LocalSystem

Service : messagebus
Display name : CYGWIN D-Bus system service
Description : Cygwin DBus message service
Current State : Running
Controls Accepted : Stop
Command : /usr/bin/dbus-daemon --nofork --system
stdin path : /dev/null
stdout path : /var/log/messagebus.log
stderr path : /var/log/messagebus.log
Process Type : Own Process
Startup : Automatic
Account : LocalSystem
------

Any idea why it only shows the installation path for the 1st one?
