Old version of _autorebas​e in setup.ini

The x86_64 setup.ini has _autorebase listed as version 000149-1, but
the files in release/_autorebase are for version 000152-1. Thus, setup
fails for me due to a "Download Incomplete" error.

Similarly, for x86, setup.ini refers to 000550-1 and
release/_autorebase only contains version 000553-1.
