The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:

* autogen-5.18.2-1
* libopts25-5.18.2-1
* libopts-devel-5.18.2-1

AutoGen is a tool designed to simplify the creation and maintenance of 
programs that contain large amounts of repetitious text.  It is 
especially valuable in programs that have several blocks of text that 
must be kept synchronized.  AutoOpts is an option processing library 
based on AutoGen.
