[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: gdb-7.8-2

The following package has been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* gdb-7.8-2

The GNU debugger allows you to debug programs written in C, C++,
and other languages, by executing them in a controlled fashion
and printing their data.

This release includes Cygwin specific patches from previous versions
that were inadvertently omitted in 7.8-1.
