[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: Ruby 2.0.0-p576

The following packages have been updated in or added to the Cygwin 
distribution:

* ruby-2.0.0-p576-1
* ruby-psych-2.0.6-1
* ruby-rdoc-4.1.2-1

Ruby is the interpreted scripting language for quick and easy
object-oriented programming.  It has many features to process text files
and to do system management tasks (as in Perl).  It is simple,
straight-forward, and extensible.

This is an update to the latest upstream patch release for the 2.0
branch.
