guile's pkg-config script has incorrect flags and libs

the problem is present only on 32bit

On 64 bit:

$ pkg-config guile-1.8 --cflags
-I/usr/include/guile/1.8

$ pkg-config guile-1.8 --libs
-lguile -lgmp -lcrypt -lm -lltdl
