/usr/bin/install doesn't install files from Makefile

Strange because of:

> the final installation dir is ${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}

Install does not work at all, if I do not supply the DESTDIR variable.
Regard where I want to install. That is the point.

That is nice. asciidoc is broken here. I will open up an issue on GitHub.
