rejected mail to the list

Hi,
My maail to this list is being reject because:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     cygwin@cygwin.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain cygwin.com by sourceware.org. [209.132.180.131].

The error that the other server returned was:
552 spam score exceeded threshold
-----------------------------------------------

How can I solve this problem?
