startx doesn't seem to work (solved sort of)

$ grep winClipboardProc *.exe
Binary file XWin.exe matches
Binary file xwinclip.exe matches

$ cygcheck -f /usr/bin/xwinclip.exe
xwinclip-1.18.0-1
