[Packaging error libpng12] name change of library breaks packages

Hi

The latest upgrade for libpng12 from 1.2.50-2 to 1.2.52-2 breaks a
couple of package, namely xemacs.

There is a name change of the libpng library from

 /bin/cygpng12.dll  ->  /bin/cygpng12-0.dll
