[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: par-1.52-5

par-1.52-5 is now available.  par is a paragraph reformatter, vaguely
similar to fmt, but better.

changes:
1) Removed multibyte character support added in 1.52-4
   because it was broken:
   https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=962221
