XWin Server fails to start with keymap failure, strace log attached.

This shows that the crash looks like it is in ntdll.dll, while we are
doing some socket initialisation, but the interesting thing I note is
LavasoftTcpService64.dll being loaded.
Apparently this belongs to "Lavasoft Web Companion". I'd suggest you
try upgrading or uninstalling that.
