octave/gnuplot fails with new cygwin dll.

After I posted this, I have noticed that using
/tmp/rebase.lst is dangerous, because rebasell
uses same filename internally.

Please use /tmp/rebase-gnuplot.lst or something
instead of /tmp/rebase.lst.
