Error while building GMP on cygwin "configure: error: could not find a working compiler"

Hi,

An error shows up while running ./confiugre while building GMP on cygwin

"configure: error: could not find a working compiler"

I have a cygwin environment with gcc4.9.3 installed and working fine.
