It's meant to be a client, not a server.  I see no reason why cron
should not work.  I'll try it and sshd when I get home tonight,
along with the icacls commands.

Most languages are dramatically underdescribed, and at least one is
dramatically overdescribed.  Still other languages are simultaneously
