zp_fontconfig_cache_1.sh is for bash

I noticed it when I was using apt-cyg. That might explain it.
After the setup I had all zp_*.sh without done, now, after running
apt-cyg install pinfo the done is there for all. Don't know what this
is.
setup.log does not mention any related error.
