[ANNOUNCEMENT] xf86-video-* rebuilt for xorg-server-1.18.0

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* xf86-video-dummy-0.3.7-4
* xf86-video-nested-0.1.0-7
* xf86-video-qxl-0.1.4-2 (x86_64 only)

These packages provide the Xorg drivers supported on Cygwin, and have
been rebuilt for xorg-server-1.18.0.
