The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* mingw64-i686-libXpm-3.5.11-2
* mingw64-x86_64-libXpm-3.5.11-2

These packages provide a pure Windows port of the XPM parser library without 
any dependencies on the X11 protocol libraries.
