SEMCTL fails with error 22

Hi ,


Now We have only 1 Cygwin installation in my system that points to L:\misys\
Attached is cygcheck.out

We do not have any security setup in this system. Also we are able to
execute cygwin version 1.7.32 in same system.

Please help me or some clue where could be the problem.
