[ANNOUNCEMENT] exempi 2.3.0-1

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* exempi-2.3.0-1
* libexempi3-2.3.0-1
* libexempi-devel-2.3.0-1

Exempi is an implementation of XMP based on Adobe XMP SDK 4.1.1 and 
released under a BSD-style license like Adobe's. The API is C based and 
means to be used from any language and be easier to maintain ABI stability.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
