older version of cvs in Cygwin?

last as temporal release.

stable  1.11.23 was released on May 2008
feature 1.12.13 was released on Oct 2005

I stick on the most recent and less buggy ;-)

CVS is basically dead, and the usage of any other
source version control is strongly recommended.
