[ANNOUNCEMENT] fdkaac 0.6.3-1

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* fdkaac-0.6.3-1

fdkaac reads linear PCM audio in either WAV, raw PCM, or CAF format, and 
encodes it into either M4A / AAC file.

This is an initial release for Cygwin.  Please note that some options may 
not work due to lack of support in the third-party modified FDK-AAC library.
