The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* latex2rtf-2.3.12-1

latex2rtf is a translator program to convert LaTeX formatted text files into 
Rich Text Format files.  This means that the conversion of a LaTeX document 
to RTF allows anyone with a copy of MS Word to convert LaTeX files to MS 
Word .doc or .docx files.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, which fixes a few bugs.
