GStreamer is a library for constructing graphs of media-handling 
components. The applications it supports range from simple Ogg/Vorbis 
playback, audio/video streaming to complex audio and video processing.

This is an update to the latest upstream stable release, with the following 
plugin changes:

* opus was moved from -bad-free to -base;

* webrtcdsp was added to -bad-free;

* a52dec was added to -ugly-free;

* mpg123 replaced mad in -ugly-free.
