Now released for both 32bit and 64bit Cygwin:

* RegSetKeyValueW now has proper wide arguments.
* Fix some crashes in winpthreads due to misaligned memory access when
used with some SSE instructions.
* Fix pdh.h function calls to have proper stdcall decorators.
