The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* dblatex-0.3.10-1

dblatex is a program that transforms your SGML/XML DocBook documents to 
DVI, PostScript or PDF by translating them into pure LaTeX as a first 
process.  MathML 2.0 markups are supported, too.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, which includes fixes for 
the latest TeX Live macros.
