Keychain package refresh

Hi.

Cygwin's version of keychain package has issues with new OpenSSL keys
which manifests with this message:

 * Warning: Can't determine fingerprint from the following line,
falling back to filename

This appears to have been fixed in newer versions. Please, refresh the
Cygwin's version of the pacakge.
