I've removed gnuplot-5.2.0-1 due to a regression combined with a bug
that makes it impossible to implement a workaround.  Both bugs have
already been fixed in the upstream CVS, but not yet released (this will
be in version 5.2.1).  I've used those sources to build an interim
gnuplot-5.2.0+20171007-1 for Cygwin.  This build is now available as the
"current" version in Cygwin setup.

I've also built the latest released gnuplot-5.0.7-1 (available as
"previous" from Cygwin setup) in case you'd rather want to use an
officially released version.
