[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: setup (2.884)

A new version of Setup, release 2.884, has been uploaded to

   https://cygwin.com/setup-x86.exe     (32 bit version)
   https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe  (64 bit version)

Changes compared to 2.883:

- Fix 'Keep' button marking all installed packages as 'reinstall' not 
'keep' (a regression in 2.883)
- Ensure all messageboxes are on top of and modal to the main setup window
- Fix places where setup could silently exit to show a messagebox with 
an error instead
- Polish the '--help' text a bit
