Hi Brien,
You can try a "rebase-trigger full"

If you are using a 32 bit version you should move to 64bit
as these address are very low:

 > [main] bash 4220 child_info_fork::abort:
 > C:\appz\cygwin\bin\cygintl-8.dll: Loaded to different address:
 > parent(0x1E0000) != child(0x1A0000)
