I have uploaded mintty 2.9.6 with the following changes:

Terminal features
 Â  * Fixed bidi "run" handling (~#837).
 Â  * Fixed bidi embedding handling (#837).
 Â  * HTML export/copy: Fixed HTML style attributes.

Window handling
 Â  * Flexible window grouping configuration (#789).
 Â  * If started from desktop shortcut, clone AppID from it (#784, 
mintty/wsltty#96).
 Â  * Display speedup by skipping refresh intervals (#835).
 Â  * Support for pasting from Windows clipboard history (mintty/wsltty#139).
 Â  * Option to lock title from being changed (mintty/wsltty#138).

Keyboard handling
 Â  * Workaround for buggy StrokeIt tool sending right-Alt+Fn key events 
(#833).
 Â  * Optional support for external hotkeys (esp. to close window), 
overriding disabled Alt+Fn shortcuts.
 Â  * Workaround for Windows clipboard history pasting implementation 
(mintty/wsltty#139).
 Â  * Unified environment for external commands attached to keys 
(KeyFunctions) with those in context menu (UserCommands).

Configuration
 Â  * New option UserCommandsPath to configure PATH for UserCommands, 
KeyFunctions, SysMenuFunctions.
 Â  * Option Class supports the same placeholders as AppID (#789).
 Â  * New option SupportExternalHotkeys.
 Â  * New option DisplaySpeedup (#835).
 Â  * New options CtxMenuFunctions and SysMenuFunctions to customize 
menus (#820).
 Â  * New user-definable functions lock-title, new-window, win-toggle-max.
