Issue with connect my Arduino Mega to a program called DCS BIOS

Hi,

I am getting the following error;

6 [main] socat 14500 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD pointer.  Please report this problem to
the public mailing list cygwin@cygwin.com

I am using windows 10  V 1903
