Dragging from explorer to cygwin terminal is not putting the path into the terminal

it works for me:

$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-10.0 elimelec 3.0.7(0.338/5/3) 2019-04-30 18:08 x86_64 Cygwin​

$ mintty.exe --version
mintty 3.0.0 (x86_64-pc-cygwin)​

For me it works, mostly. It only failed under erratic circumstances, not
reproducible.
