This new version incorporates a fix for a long standing path issue that was
introduced Dec 2016:

My basic test passes so thats appreciated. Also this new version incorporates a
feature addition "git blame --color-by-age" which was introduced May 2018:

I never requested a new version because... reasons:

at any rate, my basic test for "blame" with color passes so thats appreciated.
