Notes
-----

The library ABI version has changed from libcfitsio3 to libcfitsio7.
Packages depending on libcfitsio should be recompiled to make use of the
newer ABI.

The build now enables BZip2, cURL and multithreading support.

The build again provides the mingw64 packages.
