Xwin has stopped working

Not really. The file exists and contains call to xrdb, but it was not
executable,
so it was not used. When the problem appeared, I've made it executable, but
it didn't change anything

Not really. I've attached complete log to this Email.

I just called startxwin without any arguments. The cygcheck.out is
also attached.
