[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: mintty 3.2.0

I have uploaded mintty 3.2.0 with the following changes:

Sixel and image display
   * For overlapping images, fixed background and clipping borders (~#1010).
   * Avoid image flickering by revised image list rendering strategy 
(#1010).
   * New strategy to detect and collect overlayed images (~#1010).
