Error with wxWidgets 3.0.5 for CYGWIN.

Hi Carlo,
Thanks for making me aware of this issue.
I am exceptionally busy at the moment so it may take me some time to
debug this. IIRC the built-in regex support should have remained enabled
- I'm not sure what's happened here.
