Executables fail to run when they are named as 'setlang.exe'

it is a BLODA. May be MS itself


$ cd /tmp

$ cp /usr/bin/ls setlang

  $ ./setlang.exe
-                  exit                        map.text.gzip
acrocef_low        fam-Marco                   map.text2
acrord32_sbx    .....
