Latest versions of cygwin - Paths with spaces

Wrong space quoting. Try:

rsync.exe -avz -s --no-perms --no-owner --no-group --chmod=ugo=rw "/cygdrive/C/Users/giova/Downloads/Teste com Espaço" "/cygdrive/C/Users/giova/Downloads/Destino com espaço"
