Errors in setup.log around ca-certificates and openssl (seems to work anyway)

Hi Michael,
you can try to run by hand the
/etc/postinstall/ca-certificates.sh
and after manually rename it as
/etc/postinstall/ca-certificates.sh.done
so that will not be tried any longer

likely as it was already completed and you have it as already renamed "*.done"
$ ls /etc/postinstall/openssl.sh*
/etc/postinstall/openssl.sh.done
