Cygwin 3.4.9 - how to install ssh-keygen

Thank you,
$HOME/.ssh has been created with id_dsa and id_dsa.pub
rsa and ecdsa hasn't been created also if it said "*** Info: Generating /home/meyer/.ssh/id_..."
