Cygwin is an all-volunteer project, and the web site content is publicly

so please feel free to contribute any changes under a BSD-2-Clause Contributor 
Licence Agreement, preferably using git format-patch via git send-email to the 
cygwin-patches mailing list linked on the home page.

Hi email admins: any chance of figuring out an auto-reply filter and response 
similar to the above for all these solicitations that get through the spam filters?
