With GraphicsMagick-1.3.45-1, octave cannot start.
The error:
Procedure entry point heif_deinit could not be located in the
tye dynamic link libraryc:\cygwin64\bin\cygGraphicsMagick-3.dll
something like that.

Reverting to 1.3.40-2 resolves the issue.

Any idea?
