Sometimes a Cygwin strace can be helpful, for example:

	$ strace -o drbdadm.strace drbdadm <ARGS>

or equivalent however you execute the program.

Attach the strace output as text if possible, otherwise if too big, xz, bz2, lz, 
zstd, gz.
