Hi Takashi,

Could you please deploy your CI test build so Bruno can select it from a mirror, 
unless there is some reason it should not be deployed?

Hi Bruno,

Once deployed, you can pick the prebuilt test release of cygwin-devel and/or 
(depends on) cygwin, for installation by Cygwin setup from your favourite mirror.
[This replaces the old processes of manually building and uploading test 
cygwin... snapshot packages to cygwin.com, and manually downloading and 
installing package snapshots from cygwin.com.
Or you can do similarly by manually downloading the binary package release(s) 
from a mirror, and overwrite (tar -x -C CYGWINROOT/ -f ...tar...) the installed 
files manually, as long as *nothing* is running from that installation.]
