Is charliep1951@yahoo.com not possible to use for my Cygwin email subscription?

Hello folks,

I had been using <charliep@lupinlodge.com> for my subscription but now I 
want to use <charliep1951@yahoo.com>.

But as best I can tell, it simply won't work.

Can you tell me why??
