ImageMagick update?

Is there any expectation as to when the version of ImageMagick which is provided with Cygwin might be updated?

The version of ImageMagick currently provided by Cygwin's updater is 7.0.10-61, dated 2023-05-13.

The version of ImageMagick currently provided on IM's web site is 7.1.2-1, dated 20250811

I ask because I'm experiencing a bug in the older version of ImageMagick which causes montage image labels to not be drawn under some circumstances. This bug is fixed in the current version of ImageMagick.
