random hangs

ipython is a too large package with too many dependencies.
Not a good test case.
I will build some more 3.12 modules for that scoepe

1.6 Mb does not seem a large load

$ python3.12 -m ensurepip --version
pip 24.3.1

what is coming from your system ?
